I think of myself as a partner in your writing process. I can give you help at whatever level you wish, always with the goal of making your work the best it can be. Nevertheless, I understand that from start to finish, the writing is yours. I will not tell you what to do. I will not do the writing for you. What I will do is read what you write with complete attention and make suggestions for improvement. Whether you choose to take my suggestions is completely up to you.

Full Edit
For a full edit you must have a completed manuscript. I will read the manuscript closely and offer you a written critique with specific suggestions.

Coaching as You Go
For coaching you must have a manuscript in process. I will read chapters as you complete them and offer written critiques with specific suggestions. I will also help you set goals and move toward them.

Copyedit
For a copyedit you must have a completed manuscript. I will read the manuscript and offer line-by-line corrections of errors in spelling, grammar and word choice. I will also point out awkward phrasing and lack of clarity.

Quick Edit
I can do a quick edit on either a full or partial manuscript up to seven pages, double spaced. I will correct problems with spelling, grammar or awkward phrasing, and make some brief comments on the manuscript as a whole.
